Following Maduro’s order, the National Commission of Telecommunications (Conatel) in Venezuela began the process of removing X from circulation for a period of 10 days. Internet monitoring firm NetBlocks confirmed that access to X is now restricted in the country. Various internet service providers have been observed cutting off access to the platform, some displaying zero reachability while others allow restricted access.
