Two key executives, Drew Baglino and Rohan Patel, have announced their departure from Tesla, the electric vehicle maker and clean energy company. CEO Elon Musk took to social media to express his gratitude to both executives for their contributions to the company.
Baglino has been with Tesla since its early years, starting as a firmware and electrical engineer in 2006. He rose through the ranks to become the company’s senior vice president for powertrain and energy engineering, reporting directly to Musk.
