Premier Li urged nations to adopt more open mindsets when it comes to AI and to promote the movement of data across borders, free trade of equipment, and connectivity of infrastructure. Despite the challenges and restrictions imposed by the West, China remains steadfast in its pursuit of AI innovation and development.
